Ispirato da 2001: Odissea nello spazio - la controversa opera di Kubrick - IRo 21 ce ne fornisce una nuova interpretazione, quella in chiave trip hop.
Se il film si sviluppa con un ricercatissimo linguaggio visivo, così le atmosfere inquietanti di Monolith (l’enigmatico monolite che nella pellicola è sempre presente nei salti evolutivi della specie umana) inducono l’ascoltatore all’introspezione, e quindi all’ampliamento della propria coscienza proprio come avviene nel super uomo del celebre film.

Una misteriosa odissea sonora quanto mentale in cui l’ascoltatore, a partire dalla riscoperta delle proprie origini, viene gradatamente accompagnato al salto evolutivo, sul sentiero della ricerca di sé.
